Instagram asks me to switch account type — Reelday needs a Creator or Business account, because those are the only ones Instagram lets an app post through. Switching is free and takes about two minutes in Instagram's settings; nothing changes for your followers.
My reel did not post — check the Queue tab. A reel waiting on approval stays there until you tap Approve. If it failed, the row says why.
My numbers are missing — Instagram only shares views and watch time from 100 followers. Below that you still post normally.
Reconnect Instagram — access expires every 60 days and after a password change. Settings → Instagram → Reconnect.
Billing, invoices and cancelling — see Refunds and cancelling, or use the billing portal link on your receipt.

Settings → Delete account and data. This removes your clips, reels, numbers and Instagram connection. It cannot be undone.
